Danny, this home is absolutely phenomenal. I've seen $10+ million homes that can't compare to this one. Love the layout. Beautifully staged, with truly special finishes. They clearly spent millions in upgrades, but wow. They were worth it. I've got to say it again: the way you present homes is second to none & you give a beautiful property the gravitas it deserves. Not all content creators do that.

Base price is $2.2 mil but this is going for $7mil?!? $5 mil in extras?!? Or did they throw it a Picasso or Warhol in that price. Is the 2.2 just for the lot?? 😮

Yes the base price is $2.2M, which does not include any of the options/upgrades/lot premium/backyard landscaping. This is a premium strip view lot so that accounts for $1M+. The $7M number is a builder estimate, they don’t have their model home active on the market! Hope you enjoyed the video!🙌😁
