Now this is a property that I'm gonna watch for not less than 4 times before I sleep tonight. I love houses that stands out from the normal way of doing things. I'm not a normal person myself and this house stole my heart. I loved the setting of the office area and I can imagine the beams of the sun as it rises or sets while I'm working there, I'd have no choice but to be productive. I love the engagement between you and our Ms. Vic😅 The way they managed to bring in the nature is amazing and I even noticed a birds nest on that tree and for me that means a lot. This is my type of a house. Thank you for such masterfully created video.

Price tag is hefty as usual but beautiful i love home with practical pools it's pleasing to the eye because it goes along with the set up but also practical. unlike having a lap pool that's barely going to be used because cleaning it is a nightmare and it's too big for a 4 person household. I just wish it came with a hot tub too.

Living in Steyn City does come at a premium. Interesting observation. I always say that ppl have a love/hate relationship with pools & tennis courts. It’s a matter of personal preference 🤗

I hear you. Let’s not focus on that pool justifying the price. This is a 5 bed, 5.5 bath, 4 car garage, PLUS home office, PLUS home theatre, etc. Good luck trying to find similar elsewhere with these offerings 🤔

You can't compare Waterfall to Steyn City. Perhaps you've never been to Steyn City. You'd assume there are no cities around. Moreover, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan starting price is R16.9 mil.

The house is beautiful. But touring a gorgeous house without furniture is like watching a special effects driven movie without the special effects! Or worse, watching a new movie without a score! 😢That's one helluva empty touring experience! Please tour houses with furniture inside! I'm not an interior designer who salivates when seeing an empty mansion and thinking of ways to furnish it! I'm a prospective buyer who wants to see the whole makoya! Furnished homes please!!! This was a very boring tour bcoz of the emptiness of the house. Love this channel nonetheless.😢😢😢

Thx for taking the time to comment. I wish I could do all these property tours in furnished homes. Unfortunately, I used to decline so many of them due to them being empty. It’s definitely trickier to market / showcase it afterwards with just some reels. Then I put up a few polls. Seems ppl were okay with seeing more gorgeous homes, even if it meant that they’re unfurnished. Hence, you’re seeing those more frequently as of late on my channel. But believe me - I’m still aiming to do tours at furnished homes for the VAST MAJORITY of the time 😎
