I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of this exquisite farmhouse. The opening scene with the rear aspect of the house with all the outbuildings and the overgrown access road had a fairytale like quality to it. Tranquil inside and out. I love book so the bath/library would be my favourite space too. The owners appear to be a lovely couple. I wish them all the best in their love nest. 💚

I enjoyed seeing your home and hearing about your design evolution. That curved corner was used to allow rain water to come now to capture it for usage (drinking, cleaning,etc). It was also at one time converted to a water fountain feature. Real estate often knows the history of certain style houses in certain regions. Light, bright & relaxed, natural. Lovely. My favorite area in the outdoor garden courtyard area view you shared; it’s inviting. You’re fortunate. We’ll done.

It’s a beautiful farmhouse but the one thing lacking for me is the garden. The house is stark and stands proud in the landscape so I feel it needs some arms wrapped around it to make it look warm and more inviting.

It's a beautiful farm house. Thank you for sharing. One thing, though, he said that the farm house had oak trees. Were they cut down? I am saying this everywhere. We need trees. Trees are the ones that will will break through this greenhouse effect that the planet has around it, that causes these deadly heat waves in the summer time in northern hemisphere and probably in the wintertime in the southern hemisphere. Please, plant, plant trees. Thank you.

If you walk yourself into that main room and sit down you will realize how impractical the furniture placement is. Twin chairs, twin benches with no surfaces next to them to put anything down and that huge dominant rectangle that is too far from the sofa to be useful. Even the lighting is too far from seating to read by. The bathtub would be fun to have in the library. The sitting room looks comfy. Again poor lighting.
