I seriously love your island and honestly, I miss when everybody’s island was like this (or at least to me it felt like they all were) back in 2020. Nowadays you just see insanely different, almost cluttered islands that are full of items and clever designs that must take a really long time to do (and a lot of frustration!) and tbh it makes a lot of us overwhelmed instead of enjoying creating our own islands stress-free. I love these islands that seem so normal, realistic and also more fun and easygoing to design, if that makes sense!!! Your island reminds me a lot of mine ❤️

I flattened my island in the last two days, because I was overwhelmed with how cluttered I decorated it. I got carried away by all the creators who made beautifully cluttered islands. I stopped playing because it didn’t feel like a island I wanted to live on. It was simply too much. I’m now looking up inspiration for a simpler island and your video is perfect for me. That's the kinda theme I wanna go for kinda, mainly because those other island theme aren't really my thing, I tried to do that kind of woodsy-fairy-core island yk, that one theme that became really quickly popular but I ended up deleting my first island because I just ran out of joy and motivation for the game! Now I'm on my new island and the DLC helped me regain fun, joy and motivation to play this wonderful game. I just do what I wanna do and I feel more creative that way then when I'd go for a theme! Really love this island design, it's so simple yet so beautifully done. Great job!!!

My island is pretty plain like yours, I think. I like it better too. I really like visiting the clever islands, too. But when it comes to my own island, it has to make sense to me and I want a little of the cuteness we fell in love with in the beginning. Have factored in some of the upgrade, but still have some terra forming and a minimum of upgrade items. They have to make sense to me to be on my home island. The one item I do want right now is the store front from the upgrade. In due time it will pop up! I can take my time with that too. Lol! Love your beautiful well-planned island!
