The growth that this shop has gone through is nothing short of jaw dropping. The shop is now extended from 3 years ago, the GROB has a twin with automation and the Star Micronics sliding head lathes to do their own hardware now? Jon Addis is an absolute genius

This is great. In my short time getting into the PRS game, I am glad I found Area419 early! I have several items from them and adding more. Really excited to get their 7/8ths sizing die when it releases. I will be comparing it to my current dies, hoping to show that it will do size and mandrel in one step with great precision. I'm sure it will. Can't wait to film that video!! Thanks for taking us inside Piet! Awesome place and great people!

Dig your channel and I love 419s stuff…just wish you could actually get them on the phone and they didn’t mind a customer calling them. When you capitalize MUST on your contact page…..quote: if you MUST contact us. Just saying that’s kind of a turn off when it comes to customer service

We hear you on this, and through continued investment have raised our phone call answer/response rate to above 90%, but still know that a vast majority of phone calls are better served as emails. With a pretty full catalog of product information and how-to videos, email allows us to help a lot more people in a more efficient manner.

@@area419 That’s a great answer however I’m a retired Director of manufacturing from the largest company in the world in its respective area. So this is not coming from just a gun guy. With over 30 years of experience with customer service, I promise you nothing beats a live voice on the other end of the phone. So no matter how your business has grown and no matter how successful you are, you could be even more successful with a live voice on the other end of the phone. Like so many other ways of the world today this is not important for some businesses…..

It’s a shame that area 410, don’t care about there neighbors , there guns go off on the stupid gun range is very load and the neighbors never agreed about having a public gun shooting range for long range , he said 700 yards , and the decimal levels , is very unbearable, now our property values on our houses will diminish, and they do not carry a commercial gun range license, so we the community surrounding area 410 will be filing a lawsuit against the company very soon
