Not difficult and neither suitable, not easy for sure and i think there are better options which can do city + occasional touring better.

Bro any bike is suitable for you it you can reach footpegs You have to rest only one foot on the ground.. actually being short is best gift for riding as you won't feel cramped on motorcycles.
