Thanks for your words. Happy New Year! I can’t say for sure since I’m not familiar with the education systems in other countries. For example, in Finland, completing high school or a vocational qualification-like becoming a practical nurse, chef, or even a car mechanic-grants general eligibility to apply to universities of applied sciences or regular universities, even for programs like nursing. According to the Studyinfo website, it states: “a foreign qualification that provides eligibility for higher education studies in the country in question.” In other words, if you have a qualification that grants you general eligibility for higher education in your home country, it is accepted in Finland’s joint application process.
