Being a former competitive Bass fisherman, I've never fished a tournament for catfish. Might be interesting. At any rate, wish I had been able to run over and watch the weigh-in. Let me know of any future tournaments and whether you're looking for sponsors.

congrats, ya'll. this is off topic, but i was wondering if you could tell me the water stage around the greenup damn. what the catfishing is like this time of year and that sort of thing.

Right now I think it is around 23ft, or so. Not sure the temperature, but I would say it is in the mid 40s, not a lot being caught down there from what I can gather. I think the best catfishing will be in April and May depending on the weather.

Those are tournament rules for most tournaments, keeps things as fair as possible.
