Giorno (Low Diff) Josuke would probably learn about Giorno's ability and can restore the animals to original objects. And Dio can just rewrite reality and nulify GER, like he did in eyes of heaven.

I think jotaro part 4 would win, we're not talking about strength future jotaro has more fighting experience and combat skills in my opinion, and future jotaro is not that stupid💀 how could he forgot that him in the past used the ts movement to counter Dio

Jotaro part 3 would win, also since jotaro Part 4 did get nerfed, although his fighting experience probably better than jotaro Part 3, but jotaro Part 3 was in his prime, part 4 wasn't. jotaro part 3 in his rage state has a longer time stop than part 4. Part 4 has a 2 second ts or a little more, I'm pretty sure, while part 3 has a 5 second time stop. Plus, Jotaro part 4 got weaker after the dio fight, so that does leave a disadvantage.

I have a video after the SC barrage and Tournament. What if Santana returned (in like 2005 or 2006) and got the stand arrow and got a stand with Jotaro, Josuke, Okuyasu, Koichi, Rohan, Giorno, Mista, and Fugo being sent by the SWF to try and stop him from ruling over the world and taking it over.
