Very helpful thank you. I bought some months ago with intention to try it out but it's been unused, sat on shelf while I continue with my old habits of trusty 2 pack I'm used to. Thanks to this vid I'm going to finally open it and try it out. As you say, forward planning to allow for the extra drying time... I use Toupret wall fillers and have always been happy with results both interior and exterior.

I only use toupret fillers now. That wood repair is brilliant! Us3d it on some old rotten beams. Filled, went over with a damp cloth while it was still drying to help it follow the contours of the old wood, gave it a light sand then an emulsion undercoat, a coat of chalk paint and then a layer of beeswax and they look amazing. Also the masonry filler is great too.

Feel even better now I know the pros are recommending it! Cheers

I have heard a lot of good about, so I had to try it.

Yeah I found this stuff a few months ago. Used it to fill big deep holes on a circular garden bench that had lots of rotted sections. Cleared out the debris, used wood rot hardener, and then filled the gaps with this Toupret stuff. Once dried, sanded and painted, and you'd never know there was any rotten timber. Great stuff 👌🏻

Amazing well done,a lot of people say it's good.

Toupret is great stuff, across the board, though my go to filler is two pack resin like timbabuild

As a relative newbie, I've tried loads of different fillers this last couple of years, to try to find my 'go to' - and whether it's wood, masonry or skim plaster - it always comes back to Toupret. It just seems to mix, apply, dry and finish better than anything else. As for the nasty comment - it'll just be some arse clown whose Mum's his Auntie. You just need to laugh it off, look past it and see there's no shortage of people like myself who appreciate the help, tips and time you throw our way. All power to you mate. 👌👌👍👍

Good gear. Been using this about 5/6 years (along with 2 pac). Better for your lungs too (2 pack should be banned, it's lethal!!!!). Excellent when you have a lot of minor filling. Much quicker than 2 pac to apply as you're not constantly mixing. Not had a bad Toupret product myself.
