The Standard Model of Particle Physics was codified in 1975, and has been tweaked since then. It does NOT account for dark matter or dark energy. Here we describe an extension of the standard model to encompass both dark matter and dark energy, using string theory and quantization of space as a foam, but leaving out information that is in all of the universe and scans and controls actions of the entire universe; this is all due to Ron Cowen observations of the microcosm under deep meditation.
