This game is going to blow away a lot of people that had no idea it was coming out once more and more videos start making their rounds of gameplay. I am absolutely thrilled the early access launch is finally here and the fact that we don't have to wait for a PC early access to finish to get to play it makes it super special IMHO. My hat goes off to the Devs.

This looks potentially pretty awesome. I was thinking a survival game based on Nausicaa OTVOTW would be really cool and like 2 days later I saw my first preview of this. Now all I have to do is figure out where I find my Fox Squirrel.

I wish we had more info on growing the environment. Do we just plant the one big seed and let it go only worrying about that, or is it like Viva Pinata where you have a more direct impact on how it grows? Either way I preordered it and can't wait

Can you play as a male? They said the 4080 was getting lower FPS then a playstation. Concerning.

ps5 pro? which is said to have graphics on par with 4080 cards. did you actually watch anything? clearly differnt types of bodies in the gameplay

@@JadePGC The PS5 pro will make significant shortcuts to get to 4k 60pfs and frame generation will help bridge that gap, so I am hoping he is referring to the 4080 using 100% rasterization with zero frame generation. Because in this example it would be possible for the pro to have more FPS then a 4080 while not having equal graphics, lighting, ray tracing etc capabilities. As for the character models, there will only be a single one at launch, the female one you see in their last few trailers and this gameplay overview. A member of the dev team on Steam said they plan on adding character customization, though how extensive this would be was not mentioned, one would assume at the very least a male model.

Yea the whole console/pc war is dumb. the PS5 Pro just heavily utilizes AI upscaling to boast impressive resolutions when really it just upscaling to avoid costly hardware upgrading. Sony then charges $700 for an AI console with very few hardware improvements...which is why the gaming community is mostly rejecting it (plus you can literally buy an entry level gaming pc for the same $$)
