Most buyers of these expensive properties are older retired people. Those stairs must put them off. I'm 75, so no way could I manage this place for long even though I think it's gorgeous.

They did an absolutely marvelous job of renovating and decorating this house. But the stairs. Ee gad! 😮😮 They look shallow and steep. This town is all white like Osuni.

very nice town house. I am perpetually amazed that the national symbol of Italy is not a mountain goat. All the properties I see on these channels are 3-4 stories from top to bottom. this one is 2 flights of stairs just to the entryway. I can hear Norton breathing hard just to get in the living room. at 70 I need an elevator.🥵

It’s not a house for everyone, stairs are an issue then this is not the right property for you. Unfortunately in the town homes if you want a roof terrace with a nice view, you are going to have stairs.. 😅

This is a really well-designed house for the given space. The top floor is for the actual residents. While the lower floor is for guests and work. There's no accidentally stumbling upon the owner's private quarters. Dinner parties are out, though, with the kitchen so far away from the guest area. Maybe a second kitchen could go on the first floor in the laundry room, since there's already water in that room.

Very true, could have another kitchen on the first floor, would add options to the house. Still I prefer the kitchen at the level of the roof as it means you can eat out there most days

@@kattengat2 and yet demand for Italian property from foreigners has never been higher. Quality of life and cheaper prices compared to the rest of the Mediterranean are just a couple of the factors driving it.
