I wonder if they file an insurance claim on those catalytic converters after they steal them from themselves and sell them...because if you take stuff off a junked vehicle that there is an insurance claim on, technically the insurance company owns that car now,..and the catalytic converter, so if they include that in the previous claim or not and take it afterward,...they are still stealing but it is a crime either way. Insurance fraud is on top of the other charges of false filing and theft. Insurance fraud is the first crime of opportunity delved into by groups who know how to do it before they even arrive,....it is not a skill miraculously inherited upon entry to our land of laws. Swoop and Squat is all over the place here now. My car last week has shown evidence that someone tried to peel away some undersheilding that would have prevented their access to the catalytic converter,...but its still there. They are also laughing at the laws and those who have to pay for the communal losses that insurance only charges other drivers more money for. Laugh it up,...one day someone will care. most of us care when it effects us,....these are the kinds of people who disregard all laws and it is inevitable they wind up being the drivers without licenses who kill the hapless innocent law abiding citizen motorists among us. In my town, where there were no crimes, murders or deaths like these about 8 years ago,....now there are so many that I have lost track,...over a dozen, of people you know, or had dinner with a month ago, are dead...each one by these laughing jokers. Three beautiful young girls who were just about to go to college, dead in one drugged up driver incident, a father of 4 dead in another, these killers never stick around they always try to run away and hide too. Comedy in the sanctuary state,..letting them out where a day later they kill someone this way.. It is not funny,...maybe we all need a few laughs though....lets embrace our differences and laugh it up.
@Mandy_393 жыл бұрын
@@interstellaraxeman4468 they would have to have insurance on the car though to make a claim. I've never heard of the insurance company owning the vehicle after a claim is filed for a theft only.
