This could use a refresher given that Toxapex has a poison jab breakpoint against carbink that the rank 1 doesn't get. But it's low enough that you can still easily get the defensive bulkpoint on dewgong's ice shard. The only tricky part is figuring out how high your attack stat should be so that you cressellia doesn't get CMP on you because you can't get it high enough to ensure CMP. I mention this since it seems mareanie might be a featured pokemon in the fashion week event coming up mid-November.

Unfortunately all the ones I caught were rubbish and unless you get a 4/15/15, the best you can do from a Best Friend trade is get a 92 Attack and 117 HP... just good enough to beat Altaria with 1 HP. Guess it's what I'm stuck with. Thanks, Swagman!

thanks ryan for the video! like to ask, if the def and hp is now 'mismatched', can we take the relation of def and hp to be 1:1? will 226.79 def and 118 hp be equivalent to a, say, 224.79 def and 120 hp, or 228.79 def and 116 hp?

For Toxapex, the HP is so low and Def so high that it's often a Fast Move finish sort've deal with few CM BPs. So 118 and 119 are more often than not hard checks.

I know Talonflame and Skarmory love the Trevenant safe swaps but if I successfully bait them with Seed Bomb and land the Shadow Ball, I might be able to Shadow Claw down those flyers. I’m still going to test out the team when great league comes back.

I would like to say my something that bothers me… the comment in which you referred the difference between the Silph Rd am Regional to GBL players! It goes without saying that Maps/ Spoofing is really big in this game especially if one wanna be competitive bc no one wants to loose! The number of different IVs combination may sound reasonable but let’s be honest… what are the chances of finding that Mon in your are of playing!?? Also it takes away the reason to go to a Regional spend the money just to loose to a cheater! What do you think!?

I agree completely. I've brought this up to Pokemon GO several times, spoken to "community leaders" and have made several videos highlighting how important IV changing items are for balancing the playing field. Based on the spawn volume I've experienced, without a weather "bonus" it'd take me ~14-16 hours of grinding to get 1 of the bulk options. The top 1-6? It's not realistic. Weather Boosted? HAHAHAHAHA, No. It's a bummer. And not to throw stones at anyone, but I know for a fact many top rating players have discord maps in their cities. Do they use them? Plausible deniability, no which hunts needed here either. What we need are IV items.

Getting Toxa nerfed was wrong man. Lots of pokemon exist on fishing for buffs and debuffs. Boostagoon for example. I hope they never buff dedeane so you can pay for your crimes.
