I am a Christian that doesn’t not like religion. I was always taught by my pastors that we are not to judge people as in convicting others for their decisions in life, not throwing them shame , but to look at someone’s decision in accordance to the Bible and inwardly (no need to announce it) decide that you won’t make those same decisions. So not judging the person not telling them they are wrong but judging the action and deciding not to follow those actions. I have gay friends, a gay couple gave me a place to stay when I had to leave a bad situation. I have my own opinions about whether gays are right or wrong biblically but that does not mean I will ever shame them or not love them. At the end of the day it’s not my job to judge them and God does say love they neighbor, Jesus hung out with all the sinners and showed them love why shouldn’t we!

I know this is a random comment and this video is old but I’m a 25 yr old mom of three. My oldest is 2.5. My youngest is 3 months. Life can become very overwhelming at times and you guys are my go to comfort listen. We have a population of around 51 million people Utah has about 3 million people and yet Utah still has had more covid cases overall. We do have a similar death count. As a deconstructing Christian, one of my biggest heartaches and anger is towards people who intentionally manipulate the Bible for their own bigotry. Eccl. 3:8, which she claims is a reason to hate others, is actually referring to us, as individuals, dealing with pain and sorrow, and hate from others in some cases (in a world when Christians were persecuted when Eccl. was written). Jordan and McKay, thank you for bringing a humorous light to religious extremism. It is much appreciated from this deconstructing former fundie.

I grew up Mormon and because of this any time I would have a crush on a person of my assigned gender I felt so guilty and like I had to convince myself I wasn't attracted to both men and women. Arguably, it could be an SEO strategy to distance them from the unflattering bits of Mormondom. Jordan, as a trained theologian I thought you might be interested in this thought on the Bible. Fundies love to call the Bible "the Word of God". Nowhere, to my knowledge does the Bible, or the New Testament writers, or Jesus Himself, refer to the Bible as "the Word of God". It is always referred to as Scripture. Hmmm 🤔 The "Word of God" is always a reference to the Person of Jesus Christ (for example John 1:1-2) or to the Good News. Fundies, and many others in conservative churches now actually worship the Bible instead of God

Lol we are happy to!! It’s actually really is. Salon quality products are the key. Basically all the products we use are Amika and we use the same things lol. Amika Normcore shampoo (and sometimes Amika bust your brass shampoo if you’re blonde and have color done) and conditioner. That’s it for McKay. After I wash, I use Redken Extreme Antisnap Leave In treatment, Amika Velveteen Dream (prevents frizziness), and Amika Wizard Detangling Primed and Heat protectant. All these products smell freaking amazing too. I try to minimize heat as much as possible but it’s not all the time so I do what I can lol. So yeah that’s the routine!

There is a politician in the Netherlands that compares holocaust and covid. Alot of dutch jews died in the holocoast. It just is a sensitive topic for the grandma's and grandpa's who lived back then. So fortunately he gets alot of backlash, ( nobody listens when he says something in a debate ) but there are some people who follow him. I get mad to no end when i hear them speak! Oh and about the all gender toilets! In our school there is since a month a genderneutral toilet and my bestfriend got to open it! They is non binary and i love them! Freedom of choice is being used to sell anti behaviour. Freedom being used instead of citizenship. This is about you, about me, about each other. My daughter had COVD-19 after having her first shot - not pretty and all the family were worried sick. A small child passed it on to her at work even with all the safety guards. Really, we are not being called to fight a war overseas. With people like this, we would lose the war. Thank-you for shining a light on this "person" and all her nonsense and bullsh*t.
