This ganyu makes me so mad because i went through a similar experience with another Nahida main, and they were SO mean. My nahida was lvl 80 & theirs was lvl 70 and they wouldn’t change, which frustrated me. And then when i chose Gaming instead (during 4.5 so no arlecchino at this point) the nahida main and their friend started insulting my builds. *Y’all we need to be nicer in co-op and remember that Bennett isn’t on the other side of the screen, it’s an actual person :)* also btw your Faruzan is really good and i’m jealous, 😭

My 2nd account(ar 55) is build around yelan she is c3 with her weapon only problem is I didn't have time to build anyone beside her. I can't tell u how many times i had standoffs with ar 59 or ar 60 who had a ton of good characters but still refuse to change even after I tried to explain . So I have to walk in there with a level 60 Barbara. Somehow I rarely see yelan on my main account in co op.

One unspoken rule in genshin co-op : If both the host and u want to use the same characters, you're the one who need to change to other characters. It doesn'nt mattr which one have c6r5, it doesnt matter who have better damage, if they're the host, you're the one who need to give up and let them, and u need to accept that.

It isn't an unspoken rule at all. You just need to discuss and get to an agreement if u don't leave. That's a very toxic way of thinking that the leader has to have the ability to choose the char he want without caring about the others if this is the norm then you can see everyone trying to be the "host" when by itself being a host has no value.

This video is a perfect example as to why it’s so important for any adult playing random-match games to recognize the signs of another player being a literal child. The extremely slow menu navigation is the biggest (and usually earliest) sign. Don’t be the adult that’s arguing with an 8 year old, thinking they’re a toxic adult that needs to be humbled. This is an actual elementary school kid, speaking to you the same way they speak to their friends at recess 😂

These types of videos make me glad I play on EU. Rarely any bickering, people are usually very nice and respectful. The language barrier usually prevents people from starting fights, as people rarely speak fluent enligsh and communicate in emotes. Everyone either chooses to support one person (host OR not), or just goes with a strong DPS. And if someone chooses the same character, one or both people immediately start switching And I don't get what's so hard about saying "I would like to use Ganyu, is that ok?" or something along the lines of that Though I'd love to argue or mess with these types of players ngl

Situations like this one are the reason I never co-op with people I don't know. Also why I hate forced co-op events with a passion. I never allow visitors if I don't expect them and never use the in-game chat. If I'm playing with people I'm on call with them either through discord or the ps app.

Please don’t assume all people are toxic just from the character they use. I am a ganyu main and most I’ve met were quiet/chill or nice to me. From my experience with people assuming personality from characters, it was pretty rough especially when using furina. I’m sure you’re a nice person irl! Give people some time to talk with them to see how they’re like, if they’re rude then ignore them. Ganyu mains (the ones who are most similar to her character) usually never leave their own worlds or only use emotes/short phrases in co-op (will not apply to all, just my experience). Sorry for rambling, hope you have a good day tho!
