Toxic PhD Schedule, Explained (You Have A Choice!)

In order to get the most out of a day, the natural instinct would be to work as much as we could, stay as long as we could.
However, long working hours could easily backfire leading to unproductive, low-quality work, and depressing PhD experiences.
In this video, I reviewed the concept of time investment:
- Improve your timetable using both Time Budgeting and Time Auditing approaches.
- Realize not all time spent is of equal quality (Time Asset VS Time Debt)
- Sleeping enough helps you integrate complex information and perform better the next day, and it requires true discipline to keep the same bedtime, trusting it is a system that will serve you well.
