I swayed from the car community but never left it, I even stopped watching a lot of other youtubers. After years of dreaming I finally got my dream car a few weeks ago and yea ofc I'm happy and grateful about it, but it does feel lonely not having those type of friends around. I’m 24 and I work for an events company. I feel lucky to have my job because I enjoy what I do. Everyday I am learning something new and applying it. I get to challenge myself and then go figure it out and deliver a complete product. I’ve gone from basic printing to graphic design and now I’m stepping into 3d work. I think that’s the bread and butter of not burning out. Keep learning and applying urself. I only recently got a gr86 and have been watching ur journey but from the way u talk about things, it’s sounds like you don’t get to challenge yourself since you know the majority of ur field and now u just gotta do the work which is draining. I live by this quote, "Comparison is the thief of joy" Nothing is going to be good enough if you are not satisfied, yk you get the mustang but then you aren't happy enough so you go for a better car, you end up chasing the views and trying to make the viewers happy and satisfy them but if you don't enjoy what you are doing, it shows in the videos (not saying you in particular but I've seen it with a lot of video game streamers, they play the games their viewers want to see and end up getting burnt out playing the same game over and over again, eventually it becomes boring for them) I live in AZ and the car scene is amazing here, I also recently changed careers from a carpenter to a truck driver, driving all over the US and I can definitely tell my happiness changed because I started doing something I wanted to do.

Enjoy life. I feel like any time a person works as a contractor or runs a small business, the risk and stress can be difficult. The success is great, but it's not all success and joy. Trying to stay steady and maintain the joy in it is difficult. I can imagine that doing videos is similar. I like your Mustang content and am not big into imports. I'm sure there are a lot of people who like the JDM content that are not thrilled about the Mustangs. I just hope you can believe in what you do and have fun. What can affects you is the repetitiveness. And there’s nothing wrong with that, but I can see that some people tend to get bored of the same content over n’ over. You have to step out of your comfort zone id say. You’ve said you wanted a warehouse, get a warehouse. More room, more cars, more content and a variety of it. Not saying you should quit that 9-5 job, but it can be a step to progression for your KZbin. I’d also say, having friends around can make it more enjoyable. Idk, but don’t quit. The repetitiveness definitely is a big one that affects me a lot. Once I noticed repetitiveness in my routine it makes me compare myself to what’s “better” out there. December im going to really try my best to just film more of my life. I think you need a big project car. Drift car or track car. Show/street cars are fun but at some point i feel like you get close to that point of no return on a build. Where it gets really expensive.

8:30 just the thing of never being satisfied. Bought my e70 x5m , now it's fbo tuned lowered etc. And I'm like.... yeah ima sell it and be off to the next. I'm 32, had like 60 cars so far. NEVER satisfied. So I'm going to sell it. Step back. Invest my money, see where im at in 6 months. Then go from there. Hopefully it's gone by Jan so I can have a clean slate for my 6month timeline.

Nice to see the reality, everybody has this times in life, that's normal. It has nothing to do with youtube or the social media, but yes social media make's it harder for the most people, because they believe that this some happy seconds of other people's life is the reality and it has to be all the time so perfect, but this is not possiple and not the reality...
