I’m emotionally attached to my hair but I decided to go significantly shorter one day and donate it all. Made the mourning process for my long hair so much easier! Definitely something I recommend especially now that most places take dyed hair now.
@dindranew.68084 жыл бұрын
I donated my hair once; here in the US (dunno where you are), Locks of Love requires at least 12" because they need several inches to make the wig bit. I do not regret it at all! I mean, it grows back, even if you're 80 and it's coming in spotty. :p

I understand the heat thing! We're moving to Houston, TX from North Dakota, US. We currently live in the 2nd coldest city in the US and are moving to a place that barely gets to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of winter. So yeahh... We will suffer through the heat together.

I feel your pain about missing your mom when you two move to Barcelona. When I finally moved out I moved 3 hours away from my mom and neither of us handled it well. It still kills me that I can't see her everyday, especially during the quarantine. And that's just moving to a neighboring state, I can't imagine moving to a completely different country without her.

I get inspired by you all the time which helps me to make my looks somewhat decent. Sending you love always

Hi Kaya! I love your Q&A videos. If you could do some more around the themes of Horror, Animals and Disney that would be amazing. I also loved it when you were reading short scary stories. In regards to a perfect fantasy world, mine would be a mixture of Harry Potter, Monster High and Disney. It would be filled with magic (Harry Potter), fun spookiness and acceptance (Monster High) and happily ever afters (Disney)! Always happy to watch your new videos. Stay safe and take care 🦇 🖤

Yes, I definitely enjoy your videos they're warm and comforting. especially for somebody who's definitely interested in the culture that you're interested in. it definitely helps me to create perspective and a little bit more understanding of how I should take little baby steps towards becoming myself, where I think maybe it's a huge Factor what's so attractive to your channel is that you're brave enough to be yourself and it's a comforting guide to see somebody Express themself so bravely

Just know that you've helped me through so much just by being you and I wish you nothing but love and for you to be safe, healthy and to aways have hope and to see the pretty and possitive things in life and yeah sorry for making this long. Love you, keep on doing the great work.🤍💚❤️

Maybe try an undercut where the underneath of your hair is shaved and the top is still available to wear down, style in basically any way you want up or down and it can easily be shown off or hidden depending on your mood for that day. It''s a great option to try out an edgy shaved look but still be able to have your hair long to style as you please. Also, you can have designs shaved into the undercut which make it even cooler! I've had an undercut for over a year now and it's so much cooler during the summer because my hair is super thick and long and normally makes me miserably hot. I absolutely love having an undercut and I'm in the process of dreading the rest of my hair but have seriously been considering cutting it higher up to create a fohawk look. P.S.-Thankfully my husband cuts it for me so I don't have to worry about not being able to have a trim during the pandemic. Absolutely love your videos, and just thought it was worth suggesting!

We call those spiders Banana spiders here in the south and their webs are huge and strong. They actually used to use their webs for stitches long ago. For the woman that wants to support her husband with adhd the way my son’s therapist got me to understand him when he was very young because he was more hyper and I’m most just attention deficit. The therapist put headphones on me with some super loud heavy metal music and then made me try to read a news article and had my kids jump on me and pull at me the entire time and asked me what I read and I had absolutely no idea what I had just read. That’s what made me finally understand what my son was dealing with. He is also high functioning autistic

To be fair, the skull isn’t a single bone either, so I feel like spine is a fair answer. My favorite bone is the sphenoid bone, for myriad reasons 1) it forms the base of the cranium, and is therefore a skull bone you wouldn’t normally see 2) it’s butterfly shaped 3) it’s fun to say sphenoid

What you said about the truth about ADHD vrs the stereotypes is so true! I have dyslexia and everyone thinks that means I can’t read....Not true! I have a literature degree and I love reading! For me it’s spelling, I spell words out of order, especially when I’m tired. I also have a lot of memory problems and struggle to convert short-term to long term memory. I also have what’s known as dyslexic aphasia which effects my speech-I say things out of order, mispronounce things and sometimes substitute one word for another in the same category eg’ ‘spoon ’ when I meant to say ‘fork’. No one realises that these are dyslexic symptoms!
