Just a friendly heads-up to anyone who randomly gets chin and jawline breakouts but your skin is good elsewhere, that's usually an indicator of hormonal changes. Could be due to that time of the month approaching, visiting or recently left or even your diet causing hormonal changes... like soy, carbs, sugar, etc. Hope that helps! ❤

I use either Giorgio armani or lancome foundations mixed with illamasque white for general wear. For fancy pants occasions i use Estee Lauder double wear in 0N1 Alabaster. It needs no white foundation added. Idk how old you are but after 34, i had to try about 8 different foundations because as we age, fuckery happens and alchemy is needed. Ive found that Milk Pore Eclipse primer does amazing things as well

Sometimes eye primer or something like a bit of coconut oil can help rehydrate a dead gel liner. Or, if you have a microwave, you can pop it in there for a few seconds to heat it up to revive it.

Duraline is magic! It's like the necromancer of the makeup world 😂 It has saved many gel liners, liquid lipsticks and cream products. I hope they never discontinue it 🙏🏻

8:41 😬😬😬 Sports cream. IDK if you have anything like A535, which is a muscle/joint/sports cream over here in Canada, but sports cream really helps with both the pain and the healing process of bruises. (Those lumps are fluids collecting, btw 🙃)

I know what you mean about it not being as impactful as you wanted it to be, but i wonder if you are just used to seeing quite striking makeup, you don't realise your 'toned down' look is actually quite striking in itself? I run into the same problem with more extreme makeup looks. I chalk it up to bone structure. Elongated face with high cheekbones makes everything just look elegant. You still look amazing tho!

Maybe its not the eye makeup thats not enough for you? Maybe you can try adding like black contour or something? I do black contour all the time. Love it. =P I mean, I havent gotten done up in a long time cause I feel like I have no good reason to since my agoraphobia has kinda taken over and I never leave home but when I DID do my makeup often, Id do all sorts of looks with colored contour and a little on the jaw line and such. lol

Ah, I remember the days when I did grey contour. I've lost all "baby fat" from my face as I've aged and feel like grey contour would make me look gaunt 😂 When I feel like my look is too meh or "basic", I grab a rare color for blush, like cool purple or mustard yellow. Colorful highlighter works too ✨

If you bruise easily like I do I highly recommend Arnica. They sell it in a gel form so you can rub it on the bruises and pill form here in the states at local pharmacy. It’s all holistic
