Pneumothorax ke patients ko pahli baat to exercises recommend nahi ki jati. Hamein nahi pata aapko kisne recommend ki aur kyu. Chota pneumothorax ke liye necessary nahi hota ki chest.tube dalni pade because vo rest karne se aur oxygen support se bhi thik ho sakta hai. Jyada jaruri ye hai ki aapko Pneumothorax kyu ho raha hai aur use future me hone se kaise roka jaaye. Agar aap smoking karte hai to hamesha ke liye smoking band kar dijiye. Chest tube dalni padi to kitne time me thik hoga ye bina case dekhe kah pana possible nahi hai kyuki kuch cases 2-3 days me thik ho jate hai aur kuch ko lamba time ag jata hai.

Or nhi sir mai smoking bhi nhi krta. Or haan sir aapne theek kha apne aap recover ho gya thha 15 days phle but ab vapis chota ho gya (4th rib tk).😒 Par pta nhi kyu kbhi kbhi phlegm aata h thora thora.
