Funny you posted this yesterday, as I did a bit of toy hunting of my own. Not a ton because the place was more crowded than I would have liked (plus I was with a baby and someone with walking problems), but even still I grabbed a 10 Inch Sabretooth, a Toy Vault Gollum on card, a Conan the Adventurer figure (the draw string still works), and a trenchcoat Donatello. I need to be careful going into that place though. I'll quickly spend more than I really want to, but it will be nice if I can go a less busy time and really get to comb through the racks. I might be able to achieve my goal of replacing a lot of my childhood toys. :)

I used to hang out in Chicago a lot, def been there. And that blue ice dragon at 1:34 - talk about an obscure toy from my childhood! I had that but I don't even know which line it was. I got it on sale at Kay Bee for like $2 on clearance and played He-Mans with it.

Yes, it was at the tail end of the popularity of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I recall seeing one for sale at a local department store in my home town back in the 1990's. The entire base mold is a reused version of the Turtle van from the start of the line. It also features a repainted April O'Neil action figure. Speaking of TMNT, I have almost all of the NECA 1990 movie action figures released to date. I am just waiting on the Raphael and Casey Jones two pack to ship from the UK next month.
