Excellent job. The shadow movie with Baldwin is one of my favorite movies. When I was a kid I would lay in the floor of my great grandma's house and listen to the shadow radio show. Watching the shadows because I thought the place was haunted 👻

I love the shadow I'm glad he got some newer life the dynamite comics brought him back and made he really enjoyable to follow. I have all the shadow toys and two of the mail away rings from the movie. Wish they made a second series and included more characters.

would love Mego to do the Shadow and Doc Savage Got into the Shadow through those 70's DC comics. Still think it's the best run. That hall of justice playlet looked pretty cool

I LOVE The Shadow! I grew up on stories of my mom and uncle sitting in the dark listening to the radio show. And now I have cassette tapes, (yes that's what I said!) of many episodes of this great radio drama. I even have a cathedral radio /cassette player to play them on!

The 1994 The Shadow movie had the look and film noir atmosphere but needed a coherent script. I wouldn't mind if Mego did their version of The Shadow.

There was a Charlie's Angels 1978 doll there for $15!!! And you didn't get it!?!?!? I want it! I never had Jill/Criss (not sure who wore white). I had Kate Jackson. Also, The Creature Castle game…I'd get that. And I saw an Oberon at the first part. Cannonball Run ambulance model kit? lol. a Green Space glider. i painted a green ring on his hand and made him Green Lantern when i was a kid.

Great episode, answered all my questions on what was happening with the license over the years. 4:43 That's what superheroes do, they cover their vehicles in decals, lots of self promotion.😄 Always found stamps having a good balance of appeal, price, value in the rack-toy arena, also stand-ups need to come back since they have a similar balance. Just went to my first toy show and was hoping to run into some 90s Shadow toys but the closest they had was Dick Tracy heh. Not a lot of vintage to be had but I saw many things you've educated me on.😉 That bigfoot looked pretty good, premium bargain lol.😍

The Shadow vehicle looks exactly like an Aurora electric slot car that I used to have. We had a race set with a yellow & blue car and a white & blue car. I think they were porshes.

Love the Shadow radio show and the character in general. A 70s kid, I got a climps of his coolness thanks to DC Comics and occassional pics here or there of his old pulp novel covers and maybe a grainy cassette or record, but don't recall ever seeing any of those toys. I'd have possibly gotten them; and maybe it would have gotten me to come to apprecaiate him years sooner. But at the time he was mostly "just a Batman rip-off without even a superhero costume" in my mind. Shame; he woukd've been so easy to custumize for my Megos. Shame also that the Shadow movie did so poorly; I really loved it (by then being a major Shadow fan) and was hoping/expecting a sequel. At least he gets more appreciation than Doc Savage, though. Maybe when the superhero DC/Marvel movie craze dies down enough these two can finally make a worthy comeback for an audience wanting a little lets glitz and more atmosphere?

I LOVE the shadow radio show... "The weed of Crime bears bitter fruit. CRIME DOES NOT PAY!" THE SHADOW KNOWS! and the blue coal adverts! I love the shadow so much I wanted to make a mego version. tried using a burges meredith penguin head or the woody harrison one which fit him, but the Peter CUshing one looks nicest... how ever the Burges ftc head is the best fit. Man I really wanna hear those radio shows again. Do you have any Kaliman swag? Therew as a thing where that pulp hero was sued my Marvel and Marvel Lost over the "hombre increible" name so you will spot Galactus, Fantastic four's the thing and more said characters featured as enemies in the comics. Those were my top pulp heroes, Shadow, COnan and Kaliman. wish mego made one but that will possibly end up a TOPPS set. that micronauts toy is beautiful.

Just some feedback- the music behind the toy show was a bit “aggro” compared to your usual upbeat choices. Personally, not a fan. That aside, enjoyed the video! 👍🙏
