its always interesting to me to see a bmw M car with a Toyota 1j or 2 j engine and a Toyota supra having a bmw engine. haha. Super clean 46 tho ! Love everything you got going for it.

Do you think a 1j swap would be possible in a 2000 323i. I also wanted to try a fit a zf 8hp trans into it aswell ik a lot of ppl love manual but I personally like the zf because I don't have to worry about money shifting and if my fiance wants to drive she can hop in and I don't have to worry about her breaking my transmission 😅

What a fkn boring build! P.S Divorced spring has superior resolution! Oh and solid mount anything you'll hear through the body, call bullshit on the valving lol I know because I also run solid mounts and a Front motor plate! You'll hear the diff more the road more and feel it too, If you have solid mounting, and you can't then you're doing it wrong!

What exactly about it makes it boring? 🤣 I also never once said it didn’t have better results, There’s a reason BMW uses it, I thoroughly explain how I’m stupid and making it worse then it should be multiple times. 🤣 And yes, that’s exactly what I said. When you solid mount stuff you can hear everything drivetrain related as i stated and then explain That’s why I run OEM BMW, engine and transmission mounts so inside the vehicle it’s super smooth. As for shock valving that’s for actual driveability and performance, And obviously being true coilover vs divorced those specifications are way different. So i really dont know what about it is BS i think its a lack of actually watching and listening to what i said 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣 when you properly set up your coilovers to make them not ride on bump stops regardless of chassis or application it will ride better compared to just slamming the collars on them to be max low.

@@MikegtcustomI must of misheard you say solid is as smooth as OEM, but going by your reply I most of been tripping balls....Was hoping for some unique flare to your project, yes there are many 2J Bimmer swaps but they're slowing down these days, Would say and mention some unique stuff, but my project isn't done and don't want peeps copying me, but for a 2J E36, mine will be one of a kind and the most unique 2j Bimmer on the planet, count on that. But yeah, must of hear d totally wrong about your opinion on solid vs Soft, that totally my bad, so sry for forcing you to release a little steam, my bad indeed! Yes I know yours is a E46 JIC
