@m.yautoservice1323 The reason why you should adhere with the proper bolt tightening and removal order is to ensure the balance of torque being delivered to each sides of the cylinder head, it is possible for the head or the gasket to warp if uneven force is applied during tightening. The reason why you should not use a drill for doing valve job is, it would eat up more valve seat than necessary to seal the valve.
