Me too! Perfect car for town or country roads which is what I mainly do. Nippy, comfortable and super reliable!

I just got one and on 1st gear only it makes a whineing noise, similar to the sound when you reverse a car, is this normal ?

These are surprisingly good on motorways. I used to work for a car dealer delivering customer cars. Been Essex from the north of England no problem in an Aygo.

So glad Toyota is not ceasing the production of the Aygo, unlike Peugeot’s 108 and Citroen’s C1. These “A segment” cars are so underrated.

Am thinking of buying one, a little fun car is now better than a fast one, the tick, tick indicator is really loud and gear change very notch.

@@user-fo6mo8ch9v the gas pedal is sensitive enough to make that revs up, clutch control (biting point) would make things quieter if you could make it right every time. ;-)

I agree, but to some extent I think that is to be expected in this segment with such a short wheel base. Good fun around town though 👍

Does this car require to press clutch down to start? As I have toyota aygo x play 2020 and ir doesn't. But I've had trouble with it starting up, it's being sluggish or jus not starting first firing up. I've been told by the dealership to try a process to fix this. And it's turn key to ignition lights put seat belt on then press down clutch then turn key to start up. And My car doesn't require clutch be be pressed. Could this b okay?

Replace spark plugs cheap fix having the clutch in won’t help if it’s sluggish to start dealership couldn’t be bothered that day 😂

I took one of these for a test drive ..It was OK but nowhere near as much fun to drive as my Toyota Celica The "Buzzy" 3 Cylinder 1.0 Litre petrol engine on these cars is only good for around 100,000 Miles. OK, the car does what it says on the tin... Transports you from A to B ..but they are definitely not a "Drivers car"
@Mr330d2 ай бұрын
They last a lot longer than 100,000miles 😂

@@Mr330d Depends if the owner services them or not. Yes, maybe if correctly maintained..But once the warranty runs out people are inclined to skip servicing the car... This will quickly add to the demise of the car, I took one of these for a test drive... I was very disappointed with the way the car drove. They are just a town car or a car a new driver would buy. Maybe a commuter's car to get to work and back... They are not a "Drivers car" that is for sure.
