For the adjustment inside the rotor, once everything is complete, should it be all the way up (rotor does not move), for all the way down (moves freely), or somewhere in the middle?

I think I've shown in the Video that it's about 3 clicks back from being tight. U need to get it tight and then undo it a bit till its spinning freely

I have a 2003 toyota celica and I can still drive with my handbrake on, however I need to remove the disk to get to the point where I can see the pads..so I'd spin it upwards ( counter clockwise ) to tighten it..but does the handbrake handle need to be on..or off, when doing this spinning adjustment?

Handbrake needs to be all.the way down.

So when you put the disc back is the disc suppose to move or not move after adjusting the handbrake. Im so confused lol

After fitting the discs u adjust it so it doesnt turn then go 5 or more cliks back till it starts turning again then checj handbrake lever and see if you get about 4-8 clicks on it and that it locks the wheels properly

A hammer is unacceptable, you can also use a concrete digger.!! Zero cleaning and very dark.
