How do you know when the handbrake is tight enough? ( when you use the screw driver)...I was having trouble removing my disk earlier today and had to friggin pull it off..didn't know that was a hand brake hole

my rear rotor make a noise when I free spin them like you did. The adjuster is closed all the way.

They also have problems with the parking brake cable that doesn't release when they are shot that causes the same scenario.

I can't get the spring that goes in the guide pin holes to seat all the way. Keeps pushing the pins out from the caliper when i push down on it it's a new kit came with new pins clips and springs

I tighten the drum brake until the rotor won't rotate. Then I back off the adjuster a few turns. There should only be slight drag.

As long as the rotor thickness is above the minimum spec and not badly warped, it should be fine

Not sure off the top of my head but 10,12,14,17,19,21 mm will get you far in most jobs.

when i see the video, I see that you regulatte the manual brake, and you do something after check rotation of the rotor, seems like you screw some bolt or nut, I can't see. I do the job in my 2000 toyota celica and seems okay. I have doubts in the clips and wire instalation, and in the rotor regulation, last operation.

yes. I do the same in mine. but in the video, after that, seems you thread some bolt or nut in the inner side of the rotor.

for adjusting the parking brake i do this: rotate the piece inside the drum (both), after that , I put one theet in the hand brake, next rotate both rotors. trying to equalize the rotate resistante in both. after that mouting wheels. Ok?

@@eleuterioramalho6897 Turn adjuster until it stops and rotor won't rotate. Back off the adjust a couple of turns. Rotate to check if more adjustment is needed.
