will they actually bring it to the US market or not
@CarReviewshub9 күн бұрын
That's the big question! While Toyota hasn't confirmed anything yet, the growing popularity of compact pickups in the U.S. market makes it a real possibility. Fingers crossed they bring it stateside!

I’ll just keep driving my 23 Tacoma TRD off Road, double cab, 6’ bed with the Premium and Technology pkgs.

Sounds like you’ve got a great setup! The 2023 Tacoma TRD Off-Road is a solid choice, especially with the double cab, 6-foot bed, and those premium and tech packages-it’s hard to beat that combination of capability and comfort. While the Corolla Pickup may appeal to those looking for something smaller and more urban-friendly, your Tacoma offers the ruggedness and versatility that many truck enthusiasts value. It’s all about finding what works best for your needs!

@ It’s a sweet truck. I’ve done some installs and tweaks and it’s now producing 318 horsepower and 295# ft of torque at 2,400 RPM.

Wow, that’s impressive! Pushing 318 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque is no small feat, especially for a Toyota Corolla pickup. Sounds like you’ve really dialed in those tweaks and installs to maximize its potential. Bet it’s a blast to drive now-nice work! 🚚💨

And the Standard interior colors are the 35 year old GLOOMY GREY or DEATH BLACK
@CarReviewshub3 күн бұрын
It’s understandable to feel disappointed with the same old interior color options. Many drivers are looking for more vibrant and customizable choices to match their personal style. Hopefully, Toyota takes note of feedback like yours and expands the palette for the Corolla Pickup to include fresher, more inviting tones. A little creativity in design can go a long way in making the interior feel more exciting and less monotonous!

@@CarReviewshub I’ve been begging Toyota for several years to change the interior colors
@CarReviewshub3 күн бұрын
You’re definitely not alone in that request! Many Toyota fans have been hoping for more variety and warmth in their interior color options. A change from the usual grayscale tones to something more vibrant or earthy would definitely make the Corolla Pickup stand out even more. Hopefully, Toyota takes note of this feedback and offers a wider range of colors in the near future. What color would you love to see inside?

Absolutely NO turbo if you want the engine to last.
@CarReviewshub9 күн бұрын
Good point! Naturally aspirated engines are often praised for their reliability and simplicity. If Toyota goes that route with the Corolla Pickup, it could be a solid choice for durability and longevity, especially for those who value low-maintenance vehicles.

Please tell me what is cheap to you?!
@CarReviewshub4 күн бұрын
Great question! When it comes to 'cheap,' it’s all about perspective. For Caterpillar, a company known for premium heavy-duty equipment, 'cheap' likely means offering excellent value-combining rugged durability and essential features at a competitive price. While it might not be as low as some expect, if it outperforms competitors in longevity and performance, it could still be a worthwhile investment. What price range feels reasonable to you for a truck with Caterpillar’s reputation?

The Unibody and the WORTHLESS 5’ bed make it Not on my horizon
@CarReviewshub4 күн бұрын
I understand your concern! A unibody design and a 5-foot bed might not fit everyone's needs, especially if you're looking for a traditional body-on-frame truck with a larger bed for hauling. Toyota seems to be targeting drivers who prioritize urban versatility, fuel efficiency, and compact dimensions for easier handling, but it might not check the boxes for those needing heavy-duty capabilities. Hopefully, Toyota will consider feedback like yours to offer options that cater to a broader range of truck enthusiasts!
