U absolute genious those pink tinted windows look gorgeous
@ThomasBusbyPhotography3 жыл бұрын
Hahaha they do a awesome job...though I wouldn't have picked the pink colour if I had the choice
@HairFollicle3 жыл бұрын
@@ThomasBusbyPhotography yeah the colour can be anything as long as the tint is very light and the colour of the light coming through the tint complements the interior colour.

I am enjoying your content. I am looking for a van to convert for photography/get away weekends and your content is very simple and helpful. Many thanks.

Thank you! I've never done anything like this before and I'm really enjoying it, but more so your support really helps.

I've a similar van, and ended up putting some insulation on the vertical surface of the step in, cut down winter chill a great deal. Enjoying your vids.

Did you insulate the sliding doors? I'm still unsure what or how to do that yet as there are a lot of moving parts in there
@allegrosotto21264 жыл бұрын
@@ThomasBusbyPhotography As my first build, there's many things I'd do differently next time. Insulation could be much better so I have to make minor changes where I can. The slider had a panel installed by the previous owner, which is a help. One day I may feel brave enough to pull it apart and have a go, but for now it stays. However, on the lower metal I have taped cut to size windscreen shades which has helped. Sorry I can't give you the solution you're looking for.

No worries at all happy just knowing I'm not the only one struggling with that. Im going all out on my insulation so it will be interesting to see how summer and winter treat me inside it.

It was only a matter of time before (not) velcro got involved, soon everything will be stuck down with it. And blutack, hope you guys have that down south 😆 fun time as always mate!

How long is your bed frame?
@ThomasBusbyPhotography4 жыл бұрын
190cm (the bed is 188cm) I then added like a horizontal headboard attached the last two slats. This is curved to the shape of the back of the van just so if something falls down, it doesn't fall far.
