That rear windshield mirror is used when reversing and parking. It helps to see the back lower edge to avoid collision. Using your IRVM you can look into it.

@1:13 Faisal Khan the bar on the right side of the vehicle is to protect the van from impact. If another car or vehicle hits from the side it will help protect and act as a impact bar and also helps clean the windows and scratching when driving in tight allies. They are not foot steps.

@9:20 the button shown is DPF activator (Diesel Particulate Filter) to reduce emission. When pressed the van will use AdBlue to treat the emission to reduce the carbon emission of the vehicle. I assume this is an imported vehicle. DPF was introduced 7 years ago in Japan, China, Hong Kong and Europe.

Dead pedal is there to rest you’r left foot on it you control brake and accelerator on your right foot. In gearbox L is there to drive in slopes, not to drive in highways because it produces only little amount of torque

This van isn't just a luxury van. I used to live in oman and this van does things what the maruti omni and eeco does in India. It's very common in oman. I've heard toyota launched this with upto 50 units pan india

hey....you have to use only one leg.....in your van just right foot for both acceleration and brake. you only use other foot for the clutch when present.

That is the button to clean the DPF, not traction control. Also the light is on because the vehicle seems to have clogged DPF as you can see the DPF indicator on the dashboard

This is Toyota commuter (Thailand version) not the hiace (Japan/intl). You can say by the seats. If you don’t know about the mirror at rear hatch, that’s for reversing and rear view assistance. Greetings from Sri Lanka.
