Interesting video,but what is with all the pointing? I half expected the parts picker at the beginning, after he scanned the tag and pointed at it, to look at the camera and say slowly and deliberately "Eureka....I....have....found.... it.."

+iradium98 It's great they have this safety standard but I wonder if they heard about Ergonomics. I doubt it when I see all those operators bending their backs and crouching inside the vehicle or outside to tighten wheels or some other parts. All those non-ergonomics body posture! Looks unbelievable for a car manufacturer like Toyota.

+bluejeans_Canada tell that to the person that designed the transmission on all honda/acura automatic v6 at least from 1998-2008, at least 30% of them fail within 40k miles, and over 90% of them fail in less than 150k miles, Ive had hondas and toyota all my life, but now I have a 2008 lincoln town car with 348,000 miles with the original engine and transmission, I also work as a limo driver and I've driven town cars with almost 700k miles on the clock with the original engine and transmission, sure some japanese cars are very reliable but not all can make it to 200k miles with the original engine and transmission, I had a 1998 accord v6 174k miles that had transmission problems from before I bought it, but a flawless engine, toyota celicas Ive had 2 and in 1 I had to change the transmission too at about 120k miles, and the other burnt oil, I had a 1995 4runner, the engine was garbage and it had horrible gas mileage reallly good transmission, and a newer used engine was ridiculously expensive, 1991 mr2 94k miles, it was the best car ive ever had, suzuki cars the engine and transmission are garbage they rarely last over 150k miles, and the sheet metal is so thin you can dent it by just looking at it too hard, its crazy

Japan is always first in innovation and technology most especially on cars like toyota nothing surpass the quality, reliability design and technology..especially now that gasoline price is very high and scarcity in the future. cell power is the answer and less expenses rather than a gasoline fuel.Toyota quality is no.1.Most Arab country prefer Toyota ever since and all japan product is reliable.

Impressive car, impressive nation, impressive people, impressive technology. Toyota cars are basically the most reliable and durable in the world now. But why are the Toyota design division asleep? The front on the new Toyota models are incredibly ugly Just take a look at this car... Come on, Toyota, you make the best cars on the planet, why not focus more on the exterior design and also make really good looking cars?
@hjpop

Some of the designs are good but they aren't brought to the US. Some Southeast Asian models are damn hot and, come on, I know plenty of US drivers who would option their left nut for a Hilux.

Say what you want but US workers can learn a thing or two from the Japanese. This video oozes of the quality and care these workers have for their jobs and of the Toyota brand. They are relaxed and not just going thru the motions. Great video. The down votes must be from Chevy employees.....lol
