FYI, you don't need a battery tray for these late model 150s. the factory battery has the same mounting without tray, it just has a plastic drip tray. all you need is a battery clamp.

Agreed, can't understand the point of fitting one for the AUX battery when the start battery does not need it on the exact same tray ffs.

we have used them for years and they seam to be a long lasting and reliable battery for this use

Thanks for sharing the process! For lithium battery, where do you reckon would be the best spot? I understand it's better to keep lithium away from heat source.

yer it is certainly better to have them away from heat. There are companies out their giving warranty under the bonnet, although it's not the best spot for them, so a setup in the back would be a good option.
