You have to keep a constant accelerator and not back off when she slips, hold the gas on and wait for electronics to kick in (about 2 seconds), each time you back off, it resets electronic traction back to another 2 seconds, that's why you been spinning a long time, just as it grips, you let go and it has to start again. I am not a technician, I just worked it out off road AND Suzuki Jimny is the same with rear locking electronic differential.

You should lock all wheels in low and apply throttle constantly on the way up the slope. Don't suddenly accelerate and let it off immediately once slip sets in.
