Hi.. If you look in the manual.. That top left button above the circulation button, is actually to activate the micro dust filter. I was curious and had my awesome son Blake, look it up a couple of days after I purchased my 2015 Rav4 Limited. Just a heads up. 😉

Do you know why it never truly turns off though? I can change my temperature to different Temps then turn it off and it will consistently still blow that temp.

Hello, I own a 2018 Rav 4 LE, I noticed that the A/C kick in when I use the front defrost. In a fuel economy point of view it is not always needed to have the A/C running to defrost. Is there a way to by pass this preset fonction? Thank!

Right above the hazard buttons there’s a vent turn that on and it shoots to the back of the car :)

I have a general question about the HVAC system. My 2017 RAV Limited won't remember the last temperature and fan speed setting once I turn the vehicle off. any ideas on where the issue maybe? I have reset the HVAC system by replacing the fuse and replaced the car battery.

Not sure if you ever figured it out. on the button bottom left it’s a car with an arrow in it, hit it. It stops air from the outside just coming in.

That is a lot of time with your eyes off theroad. the old rav 2014 just hand the knobs, so easy to do by feel.

what is SYNC and AUTO for? seems like there are many ways to turn on AC/heater?

Sync makes both temperatures stay the same Auto gives you a auto setting based on temperatures inside and outside. The first left button is what I'm not sure about, trying it now seems to give a 1min pulse of heat through the top vents
