Nearly 60K miles on my Lexus NX 24 350. (Drive much for work) And it has been a blast. There was multiple issues that needed to be addressed, power door refusing to close on demand, fuel door refuse to open, and rear dome light getting jammed. Dealer rectified promptly. The brakes are irritating at times as you mentioned in a video previously. It's quick, good mpg, really comfortable, appealing exterior design, and intuitive infotainment. In conclusion, it's a great car and still runs like new. Glad to see them doing well consistently.

The overall auto sales were down 13.9% in Indonesia and 26.2% in Thailand, so if you're only down 9.5% and 17.3% respectively, at least you've gained market share. And as usual, uptick of (Chinese) EVs in much of Asia is driven by incentives, in particularly low or no import tax on EVs. Ditto in South America.

I recently was looking at car prices for newer vehicles, but after I see the state of the economy, collapsing quickly, I put that on hold -indefinitely! The prices of cars are insane! Figuring how high insurance costs are going, maintenance costs, it wasn’t an hard choice to make.

If not for the certification issues in Japan, Asia, Usa resulting in production stops for several models, Toyota would have sold easily more than 11 mln cars.... . Even in China, loss was moderate, and they are gearing op with affordable EV'S in China, although made with Chinese partners. That said, I think imago wise, Toyota needs good EV line up asap, certainly in Europe. Like Kia and Hyundai, Toyota is bloeding in the European businessfleet 😢😢😢😢

Here in Portugal Mazda is selling Yaris as the Mazda 2 hybrid Also Suzuki have the Toyota Corolla wagon with other name and the RAV4 with other name, probably Toyota is selling other models at other japanese brands, wich is a good thing i Guess because pricing down a bit for a Toyota product

I looked at all the sales stats from Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Subaru, and Mitsubishi. I’m most disappointed with Nissan. Motherfckers were on their way to sell 6 million units and now they’re like 3.3 million. WTF! Honda needs to push harder to get up to 5 million units. And Subaru and Mitsubishi are about the same at around 900k units.

Love my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XLE..may upgrade to the next Lexus hybrid generation, UX300h has the 5th generation synergy hybrid system, but cargo space is very small.

Kirk…. with Karoline Leavitt, The new White House press secretary and press briefing today confirming President Trump statement that tomorrow 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico Being instituted I wonder if that will affect the trucks already on lots or production starting tomorrow. We don’t know course how long those tariffs will be in place until they conform to what President Trump wants especially concerning illegal fentanyl, will be interesting to see how auto makers like Toyota deal with this

Europe=World??🤣🤣🤣 John, I know you are Korean and are jingoistic about the Hyundai-Kia group but do not let that get in the way of the fact that Koreans sell more vehicles in EU market because of the Free Trade Agreeement (FTA). Even then last year Toyota is actually the one gaining momentum in Europe. Last year, they were the large OEM with the biggest sales growth and Toyota had a best sales in Europe ever over a million units sold while Hyundai had a decrease. For example Toyota flipped and outsold Hyundai-Kia in key markets like France. Specifically with EV, in the EV haven of Norway e-TNGA has outsold e-GMP And specifically with hybrids, did you forget Hyundai only started making hybrids after Toyota's patents got expired🤣🤣🤣
