My 2005 Toyota tacoma trd now the inverter don't work when my truck is on drive and only work when is on park 100w and 400w do you know because before I have no problem.

is your truck a 6 speed manual? there's different instructions for the automatic.

I would buy another inverter and run it directed off my battery than rip my factory wiring apart.

There are members on tacoma world that have made aftermarket wiring harness adaptors if you want to go that route. I plan on keeping my truck so I don't care. 🤷‍♂️
