Yes the second one from the dealer passed the smoke test and evap test.

Just curious if this fixed your issue ? I had all the same codes on my customers 2018 4runner and mine was also leaking through the electrical plug with a smoke test , but when i got a brand new one from the Toyota dealer , it leaks through the plug as well,which should never happen.

@danielscustoms13 oem brand new.....I can't figure out if it means a leak somewhere on the fuel tank, or an electrical problem not turning the evap pump on.....thanks for your reply sir! Appreciate it.
