If everything is Maruti but if the engine is from Toyota, I believe more sales would happen in India and more customers would love to buy due to its reliability and longevity.

Would absolutely love if Toyota relaunches Etios and Corolla. Your alliance with marutisuzuki is stopping customers from getting the authentic toyota products.(altough the sales are good) Amaze / Slavia / Virtus are basically unrivalled.

Toyota service experience is not great when compared to maruti, most of toyota technicians lack knowledge on maruti rebranded products, better get OG product from maruti

This is my take: 1. Maybe shortter waiting period. 2. Toyota car will get quicker service at the Toyota service centre. The cost of parts will be the same as Suzuki.
