Hi Danny! Thanks for another how to video. Your instructional videos have helped me more than you know. You're a very detailed mechanic, Sir. I look forward to your next adventure video. Stay safe out there! MT 73's

Very cool. Happy for you dinosaur OBD1 dudes 😜 Now you can all worry about coolant temps and subsequent head gasket blowouts like the OBD2 guys! haha. Either Mountain House or Peak Refuel should definitely sponsor you. Start a bidding war. 😁 Are you heading out to Moab soon?

😂! Yeah I’m heading out early next week. It’s going to be a long haul. Super excited though. You were just there right?

@@trackcalledquest that's going to be awesome. I was in southern and southwest New Mexico. I really need to get back to Utah (AZ and CO) again soon.

Just thinking: Is there a BT/Android/Apple double din receiver that would pick this info up?
@trackcalledquestАй бұрын
@@Zebraprk An BT/Android double bin stereo should pick up the device. But to be honest I’m not sure if the double din is capable of downloading or running the app?

Aside from not having to use the jumper wire to read codes, what is the advantage of doing this custom mod ?
@trackcalledquest29 күн бұрын
@@Zebraprk Great question! Great tool to have on hand. If you’re a nerd or curious on what’s going on with your engine. And may take some of the guesswork out of it when needed. I don’t find myself using it all the time though. But the advantages would be: Access real-time engine data on vehicle parameters like, coolant temperature, Intake air temperature, oxygen sensors performance and other system sensors. I can always tap in to it periodically to check system performance and activity in real time. Which will help in diagnosing system errors or erratic engine issues. Cheers

Hi, where is connected the "20" pin plug? Thank you.

Into the Diagnostic port in the engine bay, diagnostic port is located on the fire wall passenger side. It’s a little black rectangular box with a small cover.
