Hi! Could you please tell me how did you connected the USB box? In my 2004 Yaris, there are 2 wires already connected to the 5+7pin connector on the CD player. If I remove those 2 wires, the buttons on the steering wheel and the upper onboard comp. module cannot control the radio anymore. (I have the same type of USB box, and the same yaris audio system)

@@3mazda196 i ordered a spliter,it's basically 5+7 pin Y cable i hope it works if not i'll do it the same way as in the other video.Thank you i have been looking for this all day. Thanks to this videos and comments i hope i'll get it fixed. Cheers

Hey there, not sure if ure still alive even XD i have a yaris 1.4 d4d, and its probably the same radio, i was wondering what exactly did u buy... i want one for myself, but im not even surehow what type of cable i need... a 6+6 pin cable? some people say that on ebay, but my radio has 4+6 pin and a 2+4 entry pins... so im confused, and need help

You need this adapter. It come with port to aux and USB together. It fools car audio to think its CD changer connected and will play from USB or aux

I had to cut down the original connector and solder the two existing wires together with the USB box connector's same two wires. Now the steering wheel buttons can control the music, and the USB box working in the same time.

Tuki Tuki so cut the original two wires and join them to the usb interface wires and it should work also can i contact you via another way if i need help dont want to mess up thung
