I would one piece wrap that and be done with corners in 30 minutes I only 4 piece a curb if the unit is already setting on the curb and theres no way to wrap it in one piece

4 piece is complete waste of time! I've never chalked lines on a curb wrap, if you cant eye 1.5" you have an issue.

Yeah we used to cut 4 pieces but just making one long piece and cutting to the corners as you move around the box is faster

I have this material installed on my flat roof and have an area of ponding. Is it more susceptible than other flat roof materials to damage?

No it is not. How big is it and is it near a seam? If it is by a seam just check there's no void, how old is your roof?

Won't harm it at all, most of this material was actually a swimming pool liner before it was a roof material.

Which adhesive you used for this application? OR Which adhesive you recommend for TPO on concrete or cementbase surface?

It depends on what roof system and the manufacturer. There is not a universal bonding adhesive. For example can't use Firestone bonding adhesive on a TPO Carlisle or vice versa.

Aeroweb is an amazing adhesive. It’s pretty new I believe by Mule-Hide

On concrete?? If you have concrete you need to use insulation boards
