@@stephenpeacock2627 most of these super suvs are dangerous...don't just assume awd traction means safety, they ride way too stiff for British b roads. New cars in general detach you too much from the driving experience, numb steering, no clutch, too much grip and too much power means people who don't really know how drive are driving too fast for when it goes wrong. Everyone is too busy flexing big numbers, pointless.

I’ve followed Hamza for ages now I was proper shocked to see that crash partly because a week earlier I’d driven an X3M and I totally got what he said about it being skittish and choppy in a corner but it picks up massive speed and masks it well but the weight and centre of gravity becomes apparent when you try to move that mass in a bend thinking it’s more car like than an SUV.Really glad he made a full recovery.
@Buck33663 жыл бұрын
@@theoneandonlybanterking6385 No my friend didn’t buy a Reliant Robin ( the correct term btw!You wouldn’t say Focus Ford would you? The car was a Robin made by Reliant durrrr) His 3 year lease was up on a 440i and he upgraded to an X3M Competition. The day he got it he let me drive it in the evening and it drove amazingly in a straight line until I got to a corner going probably faster than I should have been. It went from a very fast straight line car into a closer to 2 tonne SUV very apparently on that bend. I saw Hamzas crash when he first posted it a week or so later and I thought I could see why that would have happened if it was on a bend.Not sure why you would think I’d make something up about an overpriced X3 with what I’d consider an engine far too powerful for its chassis but that’s people I guess. Cheers.

I was impaled in a car accident back in 2015, know exactly what this guy went through, absolutely terrifying in the moment but when the emergency services turn up its a sudden sense of relief, even if you have a 5x2 inch, 6 foot long fence post going right through you, if you have been in the situation you know the feeling. He's very lucky to be here and you never stop thinking how important the emergency services are and how thankful you are once they get you out!

Just shows that you have to be on it all the time with high power cars. The minute you get complacent that back end is slipping out and it's game over! Very fortunate he was in a modern car with decent safety, if that's an older car then is could have been game over. Thankfully he came out relatively unharmed.

Respect to Hamza for saying the driver wasn't speeding. It's pretty obvious he was though. By the sounds of it he's upset the weight distribution mid corner on the sweeping bend at speed, by braking, lifting off etc. It'll upset the balance of the car like this has, especially being a heavy motor.

Very lucky, when I see stuff like this when you go out to drive you not want to floor it mad. He was not speeding but many of us we do floor it, all it takes is just one twitch and you are off the road. I fell down stairs xmas day off work for 3 months back and hip issue and it made me humble because people out there have accidents and not survived or end up seriously injured. Because I can not excercise yet and was a struggle it made me think how much we take for granted. Many youtubers go out in owners cars where the drivers they do not know there skill and owners try to prove a point to the KZbinr like Jamie said.

The xDrive system sends A LOT of power to the back wheels and in current models does so a bit too often. A decent enough turn will result in xDrive thinking you want to powerslide the car. I noticed going from a BMW to a Benz that it's much more aggressive with the BMW

Trees are the worst thing you can hit in any car, when I crashed my GTI I hit a tree head on, not mush more than 40Mph, the time I got to hospital I was told I broke my back. Lucky for me I can still walk, but it took me 6 months to learn how to walk again, and thousand of pound out of pocket. Be careful out there?

An old friend of mine crashed his car so bad he nearly stabbed himself through his eye socket with his broken femur, serious. I live in the sticks and four guys from my village were in a 280z that got wrapped around a tree, three of them died, two of them were brothers, and one was left brain damaged.
