When I said season 4 of Catfish is arguably the messiest season, with the most insane reveals in my last video, I was not joking. Here is yet another season 4 episode, that was highly requested, so of course I had to cover it for my besties! Tracey Barbie is an absolutely unhinged catfish, to the point where finding out she is the catfish, is the least shocking part.
When the Jacqueline and Falesha episode first aired, people talked about it quite a lot, but I haven't seen many people discuss it recently so here I am! As someone with a personality disorder, even if she's putting on a act, it's clear that the act is part of how severely mentally ill she is. But unfortunately unless she does something dangerous or gets charges pressed against her, no one can help her unless she wants to help herself but she is literally incapable of introspection. She sucks but I this just makes me sad for her and all her victims.

Never really thought of this until you pointed it out, when Tracey asks if Felicia will jump Tracey for what she did, this implies she’s been jumped and beat up before and she clearly hasn’t/didn’t learn from it.

Update to everyone: Tracey STILL acts this way to this day. If not worse. All her socials keep getting deleted but I’ve seen her recently and she stilllll acts this insane and worse.

lol she's my neighbor. she still does wild and racist rants online. shes always walking around town on the phone doing that creepy ass laugh. and never fails to crash her car into something. shr just got a new one and the front bumper is already gone lol. shes bananas fer sure

I went to high school with Tracey and 100% she is like this irl. I was a grade younger than her so I never saw if she was being bullied in classes, but I do know she didn't have many friends in school. Even the people she did consider friends, me and a few others, none of us really did hang out with her outside of school and tried our best to keep our distance with her bc of her manic behavior. She's sort of like a huge talking point for people in our area because we all know of her and have watched her on Dr.phill, catfish, and her crazy facebook page.

I appreciate you mentioning the fact that Tracey is likely suffering from internalized racism and colorism. The fact that she felt the need to cosplay and bully others as a light skinned Black woman was telling. Then to top it off all of her ridiculous trolling behavior by pretending to be a Whyte supremacist and posing with confederate flags…the girl is truly lost. She almost reminds me of Pecola Breedlove.

This episode was one of the most infuriating episodes of this show bc of her stupid voice and the fact that she did not feel an ounce of remorse for ruining lives of a bunch of teenagers. I would love to see Miss Ashley Taylor make her appearance from season 8 bc those two episodes with her took me on a journey
