This looks delicious! I'm about to find out!!! UPDATE This strawberry sauce is freaking AWESOME! The aroma had my kitchen crunk for a couple of hours. I modified the recipe just a little. I used 1/4 cup of water instead of 1/2 because I like my sauce to be thicker. And, I let it chill in the fridge for a few hours before digging in. Turned out about right. The sauce on the cheesecake along with an ice cold glass of milk was as close to heave as I'll be able to get for now! Thanks for the recipe

TIP: It takes a little longer to do but if you cook the liquid down instead of using corn starch. It will thicken on its own and it will be a beautiful red color. The longer you cook it down the thicker it will be!
