Thank you for posting these meditations and for making them free for download. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to hear the guide over the music, may I suggest wearing headphones. Guided meditations are my primary form of meditation. These are also called Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”. It’s been stated that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep REM sleep!
