You all have been enjoying and supporting Grassroots (thank you so much). So, for this week, I decided to let the team release a more personal training day. You're going to see how I normally activate, work, and de-stress my muscles. Looking forward to what you guys think. Stay tune for Grassroots Episode 2.
Noah Lyles, an American professional track and field sprinter who has been competing in 100 meters as well as 200m is currently on top of his game. He's won two gold medals at World Championships (2019 & 2020) which also led him to be crowned 2019 world champion; together with this success came an Olympic bronze medalist title too!
Noah Lyles is also a founder of the Lyles Foundation. Our purpose, as a non-profit, is to empower youth through the advancement of health & wellness in communities nationwide. We provide financial support and motivation by collaborating with global, national, & local partners. Our community is full of people who want to help. We foster relationships with the sports community nationwide. In doing so, we are providing our youth with knowledge of the sports world and opportunities to make their dreams come true.
Let's bring our abilities and passions together to affect real change.

It’s crazy to me how accessible top tier athletes allow themselves to be these days. It’s inspirational seeing how time, energy, and raw effort is required to be truly elite.

Ig you can’t rly be the best if you’re hiding the things that make you the best. It’s a fair play to let your rivals know what you’re doing, cuz that what’s when the real test of who’s fastest happens.

I'M Interested in the German technology- mostly force/ power output each stride. Very interesting. The power should continue to go up- each step is very intentional. I pray God continues to show you His favor and anoint you and give you more power, speed, and endurance to race this race God has for you.

Solid vid. Are the subtitles auto generated because some of them are wrong. It says "me" instead of "meet" and "dry phase" instead of "drive phase"
@elenakrilova8034

Thought the same. You can't do an official subtitling for a track video and call it dry phase. Must have hired someone on fiverr.

I'm a sophomore and just ran a 7.82 at my first meet, but I know I could've ran faster. I got hand times at 7.4 at my fastest, which would've been like a 7.6 tech timed. Thanks for the motivation. I'm hoping to get a 7.4 by the end of this year 😁😁.

What’s the point of no block starts? Just curious. I am wondering if they are impacting your driving face. Since you are planing to focus in 100m as well I don’t think you can afford to develop technique which has 0 benefit to your drive. Tyson use to react as well as Asafa and end up a step back by 10th stride. You guys have or had the same coach if I am not mistaking. Forgot to mention Spearman’s horrendous start.
