Hi Vlad, I saw you wear a pulse tracker on your arm. I run long distance and my chest belt rubes a lot. Can you recommend the tracker on the arm and which one do you wear? Thanks from Austria.

Hey Alex, yes i got the coros arm HR monitor, its really good, i use it on most of my runs and overall very accurate date plus you dont notice is there most of the time

about 3;05-08 for the 5k and 3;20-3;23 for threshold
