In Today's video I did the famous Yasso 800s workout to try and predict my current marathon fitness. The idea of this workout is as follows:
1. Run 10 x 800m on the track
2. The rest in between reps is the same time as the rep itself
3. your time = your marathon prediction (2:30 800m = 2:30 marathon)
